不同配方高脂乳剂家兔高脂血症模型的研究

Hyperlipidemia Model in Rabbits on Different Fat Emulsions

目的:探讨6种不同配方高脂乳剂对家兔高脂血症形成的影响。方法:家兔连续灌服不同配方高脂乳剂2周后,耳中动脉采血检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(GT)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)血脂四项指标;停止灌服高脂乳剂后继续观察饲养10周,并分别在停止灌服高脂乳剂后1、2、4、6、8、10周时家兔耳中动脉采血,各组均检测TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果:灌服高脂乳剂2周后,1号、2号、3号及6号高脂乳剂组家兔TC、GT、HDL、LDL均明显升高,与空白对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001);4号与5号高脂乳剂组家兔TC、HDL、LDL明显升高,与空白对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.001),但GT没有明显改变,与空白对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:1号、2号、3号、4号、5号及6号高脂乳剂配方在2周内均可造成家兔高胆固醇血症。

Objective： To investigate the effect of six different formulations of high fat emulsion on the formation of hyperlipemia in rabbits. Methods： After two weeks of continuous lavage of different formulations of high fat emulsion in rabbits,detect middle ear artery blood samples’ total cholesterol（ TC）,triglycerides（ GT）,high density lipoprotein（ HDL）and low density lipoprotein（ LDL）. Stop feeding high fat emulsion and keep on observing for ten weeks,detect middle ear artery blood samples’ TC,GT,HDL and LDL. Results： Two weeks after fed fat emulsion,compared with the control group,TC,GT,HDL and LDL in 1,2,3 and 6 formula increased significantly（ P 〈 0. 001）. TC,HDL and LDL in 4 and 5 formula improved significantly（ P 〈 0. 001）,However,GT had no obvious change. Conclusion： The formula of 1,2,3,4,5 and 6can cause rabbits hypercholesteremia in two weeks.
