中西医结合治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效观察

Combination Therapy on Diabetic Nephropathy of Qi-Yin Deficiency Type

目的:研究并分析中西医结合治疗中医分型气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效,改进气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病的治疗方法,提高医院的治疗水平。方法:依据纳入排除标准从医院2014年1月—2015年10月收治的气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者中随机抽取120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将120例患者分为两组。对照组采用常规方法对患者进行治疗,研究组采用中西医结合的方法对患者进行治疗,经过8周的治疗后,对两组患者的评价指标进行检测,并与治疗前的检测结果进行比较,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后血糖(PBG)分别为(6.21±1.26)和(7.24±1.34)mmol/L,对照组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后血糖(PBG)分别为(8.32±1.42)和(9.36±1.54)mmol/L,两组患者较治疗前均有明显改善,两组差距较明显,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。研究组总有效率为96.67%,对照组治疗总有效率为83.33%,两组差距较明显,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:将中西医联合对气阴两虚型糖尿病肾病患者进行治疗,可以有效改善患者的各项指标,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of combination therapy on diabetic nephropathy of Qi-Yin deficiency type and improve the treatments level of the hospital. Methods： According to inclusion and exclusion criteria of Qi-Yin deficiency type of diabetic nephropathy patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,a total 120 cases were randomly selected for the study. By using random number table,the patients were divided into two groups. The control group used conventional methods and the study group used the method of combining Chinese and Western medicine. After 8 weeks of treatment,patients were evaluated the indicators and the test results were compared with those before treatment. Compare the therapeutic effect between the two groups. Results： The study group’s fasting blood glucose（ FBG） and postprandial glucose（ PBG） were respectively（ 6. 21 ± 1. 26） mmol/L and（ 7. 24 ± 1. 34） mmol/L and the control group’s fasting blood glucose（ FBG） and postprandial glucose（ PBG） were（ 8. 32 ± 1. 42） mmol / L and（ 9. 36 ±1. 54） mmol / L,which were significantly improved compared with those before treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically obvious（ P 〈 0. 05）. The study group’s total effective rate was 96. 67% and the control group’s83. 33%. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The Chinese and Western medicine for diabetic patients with nephropathy of Qi-Yin deficiency type can effectively improve the indicators and improve the quality of life of patients and should be introduced in clinical practice.
