摘要
本文介绍了冶金企业中广泛使用的非标准电子衡器。在调试校准时,砝码无法直接加到称重台面上,需要借助承重载具加载砝码进行调试校准,而这些承重载具的质量通常没有准确值,使得校准工作难以进行。对此,根据工作经验总结了两种实用的非标准电子衡器调试校准的方法,很好地解决了此类问题。
This paper introduces the standard of electronic weighing instrument widely used in metallurgy enterprises. In the calibration, the weight cannot be directly added to the weighing table, which need the help of load- bearing vehicle weight loading were calibrated, and the bearing load of quality are usually not accurate value, made calibration work difficult. We summarized two kinds of practical debugging calibration method of non- standard electronic scales to solve such problems.
