电信运营商“一带一路”区域网络建设策略研究

针对中国电信运营商在国家"一带一路"大战略背景下所面临的机遇与挑战进行分析。从"一带一路"相关国家内部及国家之间网络发展现状入手,分析域内通信网络存在的主要问题。进而分析我国电信运营商的国际网络布局和相对优势,给出我国运营商在"一带一路"区域通信网络建设的建议和策略。

This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by China telecom operators in the background of ＂the Belt and Road＂ national strategy. Base on the present situation of network development of ＂the Belt and Road＂ related countries, analyzing the major problems in comnnmication networks. Through the analysis of the international network topology of China telecom operators, putting forward the advantages of China＇s operators. According to the above analysis, suggestions and strategies for the construction of ＂the Belt and Road＂ regional network are given at last.
