摘要 介绍了一种特殊轴支撑箱的铸造结构及技术要求。利用CAE技术,对多种铸造工艺方案可能产生的缺陷进行了模拟分析,找到了产生缺陷的根本原因,并提出了相应的改进措施,解决了特殊轴支撑箱铸造过程中产生的缩松等缺陷。 Casting construction of a special axle supporting box and requiements for it were introduced. The defects that can produce under different casting process conditions were simulated and analyzed, with the result that the fundamental cause for defect formation was cleared, thus the defects such as looseness and so on produced during the casting being avoided by taking relative precautions.
