摘要 以压缩空气耗量较大的砂型铸造车间为研究对象,结合各工部的压缩空气消耗量,分析了影响空气压缩机能耗的因素,提出了空气压缩机的节能措施。此外,介绍了铸造车间空压机站房余热回收利用的典型模式及经济效益。 Taking sand casting shop where consumption of compressed air is larger as a example, and reflecting different consumptions of compressed air in individual working departments, the factor affecting energy consumption of the air compressor were analyzed, and energy saving measures were provided for the air compressor. In addition, a typical mode and economic gain of waste heat recovery in air compressor station of the casting shop were introduced.
