摘要
当前幼儿园教学管理制度存在以“权”为本,权力至上;以“章”为本,形式主义;以“评”为本,量化管理等问题。改革现行幼儿园教学管理制度是落实《3~6岁儿童学习与发展指南》精神的内在需要。为此,应构建共性与个性和谐共生的团队管理制度、有利于教师创造性开展工作的课程管理制度、适于专业发展的教师评价体系。
There are some problems in present kindergarten teaching management system, such as right-oriented, formalism, and assessment-oriented and so on. Reform is necessary to solve these problems. It need to build a team harmony management system, and give teachers opportunities to work creatively, and construct a teacher evaluation system that could improve teachers' professional development.
