摘要 针对矿山生产成本的构成,构建了五位一体科技创新体系,提出了从以采矿方法创新为核心、选矿工艺优化为重点、充填工艺革新为支撑、智能矿山建设为依托、节能减排为保障5个方面来实现降本增效。首先对国内外矿山企业在成本上的差距进行介绍,接着从方法原理、技术特点、创新途径、适用性等方面对利用五位一体科技创新进行降本增效的方法进行详细论述,然后总结了科技创新带来的降本增效成果,最后强调了矿山企业降本增效的紧迫性,为国内矿山企业提高经济效益提供参考。 According to component of mine production cost,the five-in-one system of technology innovation was built,and the five aspects for realizing cost reduction and yield increase was put forward,including the innovation of mining method as the core,the optimization of mineral processing technology as focus,the innovation of filling process as the support,the construction of intelligent mine as base,and energy saving and emission reduction as the guarantee. Firstly,the cost gap between mine enterprises at home and abroad were introduced; Then,the five-in-one system for the cost reduction and yield increasing were discussed specifically from aspects of principles,technical characteristics,innovative approaches and applicability. The results of reducing cost and increasing yield based on technology innovation were summarized. Finally,the urgency of reducing cost and increasing yield were emphasized. The technology innovation method provided reference for mine enterprise to improve economic efficiency.
