Optimization of Salting Out-Steam Distillation Technology for Essential Oil Extraction from Polygonum viscosum Buch.-Ham.exD.Don.

摘要 研究采用盐析-水蒸气蒸馏法提取云南产香蓼(Polygonum viscosum Buch.-Ham.exD.Don.)精油,以香蓼精油提取率为指标,优化了其工艺条件。实验考察了NaCl溶液浓度、料液比、浸泡时间和蒸馏时间等条件对提取率的影响,并采用正交试验对其进行优化。结果表明:香蓼精油提取率影响因素大小次序为浸泡时间>NaCl溶液浓度>蒸馏时间>料液比,并且NaCl溶液浓度为2%、料液比为1∶10、浸泡时间为2h、蒸馏时间为140min时,最佳提取率为0.5788%。 In this study, adopt salting out-steam distillation technology to extract essential oil from the branches and leaves of Polygonum viscosum Buch.-Ham. exD. Don. , and optimize the technology with extraction rate as the index. The effects of NaCl concentration, material to liquid ratio, soaking time and distilling time on the yield of essential oil are investigated through single factor test. At the same time, the orthogonal design is used to optimize the extraction conditions. The results indicate that as NaCl concentration is 2%, material to liquid ratio is 1 = 10 (g/mL), soaking time is 2 h and distilling time is 140 min, the optimized extraction rate of essential oil is up to 0. 5788%.
