西部地区城市群生态综合交通发展战略分析

Analysis on the Ecological and Comprehensive Transportation Strategy for City Agglomerations in Western China

城市化是今后一段时期中国发展的主要阶段性特征之一,也是今后一段时期中国经济发展的主要动力之一。为推进新型城市化战略,交通发展必须适应并服务于这一发展战略,引领这一发展战略,故发展城市群生态综合交通规划意义重大。中国城市群生态综合交通规划指南包含了三个基本元素,即城市群交通、生态交通和综合交通,三者的有机结合是规划的重点、难点和创新点。本文以中国城市群生态综合交通规划指南为指导,结合西部地区交通现状及存在问题,从用地规划、通道建设、公共交通、综合枢纽、信息化和生态建设六个方面分析了西部地区城市群生态综合交通发展战略。

Urbanization is the main periodical character and the engine of the economical development of Chi- na. To accelerate the new urbanization strategy, the development strategy of transportation industry needs to be ad- justed to fit it, which predicts the significance of developing the ecological and comprehensive transportation system for city agglomerations. The three basic factors of Guide of the Ecological and Comprehensive Transportation Strate- gy for City Agglomerations of China are transportation in city agglomerations, eco - transportation and comprehen- sive transportation, and the dynamic integration of the three factors is the key in transportation planning. In this pa- per, combing with Guide of the Ecological and Comprehensive Transportation Strategy for City Agglomerations of China and the actual condition and existing problems of transportation industry in western China, the ecological and comprehensive transportation strategy for city agglomerations in western China is analyzed from land - use plan, channels construction, public transportation, comprehensive hub, informatization and ecological construction.
