时代在发展与变迁,我国的公路养护运行机制也要与时俱进。目前我国在公路养护的机制和相关管理制度上依然存在许多不足,亟需深化公路养护运行机制的改革,但任何的改革和创新都不是一蹴而就的,首先要了解公路的养护运行机制,同时改革过程中要清楚要求、原则和任务。公路养护运行机制的改革和创新需更加深入彻底地探究和思考,还需要不断地进行完善,从而有效推进我国公路养护的发展。

As the development and change of times, the operating mechanism of highways in China has to keep the pace with times. Now, there are a lot of defects in the mechanism and relevant regulations of highway ma- intenance. So the reform of the operating mechanism of highway maintenance is necessary and will be over a long period of time. Meanwhile, the requests, principles and missions of the reform should be well known, and based on this, combining with deeper research and thinking, operating mechanism of highway maintenance can be constantly perfected, which effectively promotes the development of highway maintenance of China.
