摘要
LED光源的舞台灯具有节能、长寿、安全、体积小巧等优点,但LED在温度接近120℃时,光效低、寿命缩短,因此控温十分重要。根据LED分布,设计一种调光与温度自适应控制系统,采用32位MCU控制,通过热敏电阻检测LED温度,采用多种散热方式,并在过热时采取调节发光功率、增大风扇转速等措施,降低LED光源温度、提高发光质量、延长LED光源寿命。经过实际运行测试,使用效果良好。
This paper presents an adaptable temperature control system according to the distribution of LED light source. It could avoid reducing the light efficiency and shortening the lamp life when the temperature of LED is close to its limit temperature about 120~C. The operation of the system is based on 32 bit MCU that measures LED temperature by thermostat and extends the life of LED light source by use of cooling modes, reducing light power and increasing fan speed when the system is overheated.
