全身振动刺激干预对过度训练雌性大鼠骨密度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过观察全身振动刺激对过度训练雌性大鼠骨密度及骨代谢的影响,探讨其防止过度训练导致雌性大鼠骨量流失的可能机制。方法 3月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C,n=13),全身振动干预对照组(WC,n=13),过度训练组(T,n=15)以及全身振动干预组(WT,n=15)。C组及WC组不参与运动,其中WC组仅作与WT组同样的振动刺激干预。T组及WT组均行6周大运动负荷的游泳训练,其中WT组每天训练后接受振动刺激干预。6周训练结束后观察各组大鼠的体质量、血红蛋白含量、血清睾酮含量及血清睾酮/皮质酮比值、骨密度以及血清骨源性碱性磷酸酶及抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶活性的变化。结果训练期末,T组大鼠体质量和血红蛋白含量较对照组明显降低,且血清睾酮含量及血清睾酮/皮质酮比值均明显小于对照组,提示达到过度训练大鼠建模成功的要求。WT组大鼠的骨密度、碱性磷酸酶活性均明显高于训练前,且明显高于T组(P<0.01);抗酒石酸酸性磷酸性酶活尽管高于训练前,但明显低于T组(P<0.01)。结论全身振动刺激可有效防止过度训练雌性大鼠骨量的丢失,可能主要是通过提高成骨细胞成骨作用,同时抑制破骨细胞的活性来完成的。 Objective: To explore the mechanism of the effect of whole body vibration (WBV)on the prevention of bone mass of female rats, the change in the bone density(BMD) and bone metabolism of overtraining female rats was observed. Methods : 3 - month - old female rats were randomly divided into four groups, which included control group ( C ) , WBV group (WC) , overtraining group(T) and overtraining plus WBV group(WT). The rats did not have sports in C and WC group, and the rats in WC group just received WBV. Meanwhile, the rats in T and WT group had high intensity swimming training. But the rats in WT group must receive WBV besides swimming training. After six weeks, the rats were sacrificed to test the Hb content, serum testosterone content, the ratio of testosterone to cortisone, BMD value and the activity of bone ALP and TRACP. Results after six weeks, the value of the Hb content in T group was less than that in C group, and compared with C group, the value of serum testosterone content and the ratio of testosterone to cortisone in T group were also significantly decreased(P〈0. 01 ). And the BMD value and the activity of BALP in WT group were both significantly enhanced after training. Moreover, they were both higher than those in T group. Though the activity of TRACP in WT group was increased after training, the activity was significantly less than that in T group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: WBV could prevent the loss of bone mass caused by overtraining in female rats, which maybe enhance the osteo - effect of osteoblast and suppress the activity of osteoclast.
