推进供给侧结构性改革,是适应和引领经济发展新常态的重大创新,是对中国特色社会主义政治经济学的丰富发展。推进供给侧改革,需要政府的大力推动,更要企业积极主动作为。作为联系政府和企业的桥梁和纽带,商会组织的作用不容忽视。商会要充分发挥强大的沟通优势和资源整合能力,积极推动政府的各项改革政策措施贯彻落实到位,引领企业充分发挥改革主体作用,加快企业转型升级提高供给能力,努力拓宽制度的供给空间,为落实"去降补"提供有效服务,促进供给侧改革深入进行和经济社会健康稳定发展。
