The investigation on transformation and upgrading of Cixi household appliance enterprises

转型升级已成为现阶段我国家电企业发展过程中面临的重大问题。回顾企业转型升级的现有研究,总结出企业的转型升级是产品价值链的提升。基于文献述评法,对慈溪市家电企业的转型升级现状进行分析。针对慈溪市家电企业在转型升级过程中出现的品牌、生产方式、技术创新、供应链方式及管理机制问题,提出相应的对策建议,从而推动家电企业实现可持续发展的目标。

Transformation and upgrading is an important issue with the development of household appliance enterprises.By recalling the transformation and upgrading in existing researches, summarize the transformation and upgrading of enterprises is to enhance the product value chain. This empirical study is Cixi household appliance enterprises as object, and analyzes the transformation and upgrading current situation. And proposes the measures to solve the enterprises in the upgrade process arisen the brand, production, technological innovation, supply-chain management mechanisms problems,thus promote the household appliance enterprises to achieve sustainable development goals.
