报刊是研究日本侵略内蒙古东部地区的重要资料,《盛京时报》作为近代以来日本人在东北创办的第一份中文报刊,其资料价值尤为可贵。分析1906—1911年《盛京时报》有关沙俄对内蒙古东部地区的侵略报道,其中主要包括分析沙俄对内蒙古东部地区侵略方式的转变、俄军保护下的俄商在内蒙古东部地区的掠夺和调查、沙俄与蒙古王公的债务等问题,构建日本在内蒙古东部地区的言论平台。

The newspaper was the important data to study the Japanese aggression to the eastern Inner Mongolia region. Founded as the first Chinese newspaper by the Japanese in modern times in the northeast, Shengjing Times was particularly valuable. The paper analyzes the reports about Russia＇s invasion of eastern Inner Mongolia from 1906-1911 Shengjing Times, which mainly includes Russia＇s changing invasion way of the eastern Inner Mongolia, the robbery and the investigation of Russian businessmen under Russian protection in the eastern part of Inner Mongolia, and the debt between Russia and Mongolian nobles and so on, from which Japan constructed the speech platform in the eastern Inner Mongolia.
