With the expanding scale of tobacco producing factory, and the unceasing enhancement of intelligent field equipment level, automation control system is getting more and more dispersing. The factory＇ s control systems have been from the centralized automatic to distributed automation. In order to simplify configuration and debugging process of the system, SIEMENS proposed CBA PROFINET （Component Based Automation）, which is based on the components of the automation solution.
