B超联合光棒引导气管插管的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,探头技术和高分辨率便携式超声仪器逐渐应用于临床解剖定位、气道评估和辅助气管插管。光棒引导气管插管因使用器材简便、方法实用、快速、成功率高等优点。在国内外已广泛应用于困难气管插管中,但临床气道的处理应用中也发现在一些患者中光棒寻找并到达咽喉中线时间过长,光棒前端在调整方向进入声门时会发生困难,本次研究拟通过与光棒插管法比较,评价B超联合光棒引导经口气管插管用于全麻手术患者的可行性。
