摘要
实践能力是合格教师必备能力之一,直接关系到教育教学质量,而反思能力则是教师专业发展的基础。作为汉语国际教育硕士专业学位培养院校,要认识到汉语教师实践反思能力培养的重要性,并能结合学校自身特点,制定科学系统的培养方案。汉语国际教育硕士学位点应遵循2012年新版《国际汉语教师标准》,在课程设置和实践形式上突出职业性、实践性特点,并采取学习—实践—反思—学习—实践的主导模式,以期全面地做好国际汉语教师职前培养工作。
As one of the indispensible ability, the teachers' professional practice ability can even influence the teaching quality while the reflective ability is the premise for their career development. The universities offering Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL)must realize the importance of pre-job training in professional practice and reflection capability, and set up their own training system. Bohai University, based on Professional Standards for International Chinese Teachers issued in 2012, has got our own pattern, following the cycle of theory study, practice, reflection, study, and practice, in training international Chinese language teachers, with course offering and practice arrangement characterizing professional and practical training,.
