摘要
随着经济发展和社会进步,翻译人才市场对于高端翻译人才的需求日益增加。面对庞大的市场需求,高等院校所培养的翻译人才却因就业力不足而面临就业难的窘境。在错位的供需关系下,人才培养模式的弊端逐渐成为关注的焦点。从就业力现状入手,分析英语翻译人才就业力不足的原因,发掘目前英语翻译人才培养模式存在的问题,是构建以就业力为导向的英语翻译人才培养模式的有效途径。
With the development of economy and society, the demand for high-level translation talents increases with each passing day in the translation talent market. Immense as the demand in the market, translation talents cultivated by universities and colleges are facing employment dilemma on account of lack of employment competence.Under the distorted supply-demand relationship, the shortcomings of talent cultivation pattern gradually come into focus.From the perspective of employment competence, this study is to analyze the causes of lack of employment competence,expose the problems of current translation talent cultivation pattern, expound the ways of establishing employment competence-oriented English translation talent cultivation pattern.
