摘要
在高校转型的大背景下,地方高校转型的重点主要是聚焦在培养"应用型人才"为主的专业。以培养应用型人才为生长点的应用心理学专业面临着生存与发展的挑战,如何与区域经济社会发展相衔接、如何与行业需求相适应、如何与职业任务和技能培训相融合成为亟须思考的问题,也是破解应用心理学专业生存发展的关键之处。UPS协同育人模式正是在高校转型背景下提出的教学改革设想与尝试,旨在探索一条以高校为主体,协同行业服务机构、中小学等部门共同参与的跨界、跨部门的多方联动合作的人才培养途径,以适应经济社会发展对应用心理学人才培养的要求。
In the context of university transformation, a number of local universities are transformed to educate application-oriented talents, which is also one of the major tasks of the major of Applied Psychology. This major is confronted with great challenges of survival and development. Therefore Applied Psychology must tackle such pressing issues as how to accommodate the regional economic and social development, how to meet the needs of the industry, and how to integrate occupational tasks and skill training. UPS(University, Professional Service Institution, School)Education Mode, a theory proposed under the background of university transformation, takes universities as the main body, and incorporates Professional Service Institutions, primary and high schools in the course of designing educational objectives, developing curriculum, evaluating talents, and providing intuitional provisions. Thus incorporating different departments and institutions, a multi-channel talents cultivation system can be established to meet the social and economic needs placed on the major of Applied Psychology.
