Competence-Improving Strategies for the Development of Liaoning Cultural Industry

对于辽宁地域整体发展战略而言,文化产业发展应与经济发展并行,文化产业的重要性不容忽视。在辽宁老工业基地振兴与发展的过程中,文化产业作为一种主体性支柱产业,在推动老工业基地发展中不仅是经济发展的重要构成,同时也是辽宁新的经济增长方式的转变途径。这种情况下,如何提升辽宁文化产业在发展过程中的竞争力便成为我们需要思考的首要问题。这可以从三个方面入手进行系统地分析:一是提升辽宁地域文化的产业意识;二是明确辽宁地域文化定位与生存谱系;三是提高辽宁地域文化产业的开发与创新能力。

The significance of cultural industries cannot be overlooked in the overall development strategies of Liaoning region and cultural industries should develop abreast with economy. In the process of revitalizing and developing old industrial bases of Liaoning Province, cultural industry, being the subjective pillar industry, is not only an important part of the development, but also the transforming way of the new economic mode of Liaoning Province. Thus,how to improve the competence of cultural industries of Liaoning region in its development becomes a prior concern. As far as the improvement of competence is concerned, systematic analyses on the strategies should be conducted in three aspects： i.e. improving the industrial awareness of the culture of Liaoning region, confirming the orientation and survival spectrum of Liaoning culture, and improving the development and innovation abilities of cultural industries of Liaoning region.
