职教师资“高职—本科—专硕”一体化培养模式初探 被引量:10

摘要 "高职-本科-专硕"一体化培养模式是在湖南省免费职教师范生培养计划基础上的创新探索,是一种职业指向性清晰的高层次职教师资专业教育,在专业理论、技能、教师教学技能和教师素养培养等方面实现了初步突破。推动"高职-本科-专硕"一体化培养模式,要加强高层次专业化职教师资培养的政策引导与制度支持,完善多主体协同的人才培养机制,构建"素养导向"的职教师资实践教学与养成教育体系,并完善职业教育教师资格证书体系,以高水平职教师资培养为现代职业教育发展提供保障。 The "Higher vocational Education-Undergraduate Education-Professional Graduate Education" Model is innovative exploration on the basis of Hunan Province free vocational teacher training plan, which is high-levelvocational teachers' professional education of clear career orientation. And it reached the initial breakthrough on the professional theory and skills, teachers' teaching skills and cultivation of teachers' professional quality.In order to promote the "Higher Vocational Education-Undergraduate Education-Professional Graduate Education" Integrated Model, we should strengthen policy guidance and give an institutional support of high-level and professional vocational teachers' training, improve talent training mechanism of multi-agent cooperation, construct the literacy-oriented vocational education teachers' teaching practice and develop education system, and improve the vocational education teachers qualification certificate system, and provide a guarantee of teachers for the development of modem vocational education on high-level teachers' training.
