睡眠剥夺配合10%水合氯醛口服在婴幼儿CT检查中的镇静效果观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究睡眠剥夺配合10%水合氯醛口服在婴幼儿CT检查中的镇静效果。方法随机选择医院收治的152例患儿,作为本次研究的研究对象,将其平均分为A、B、C三组,A组(51例)患儿采用睡眠剥夺配合1:0的纯水合氯醛,B组(51例)患儿采用睡眠剥夺配合1:1的水合氯醛与葡萄糖粉,C组(50例)患儿采用睡眠剥夺配合1:2的水合氯醛与葡萄糖粉。针对三组患儿实施各项检查,并针对三组患儿的镇静时间、起效时间、不良反应等指标进行观察比较。结果在本次研究中,A、B、C组患儿的镇静开始起效的时间相互的比较,P值均>0.05,无统计学差异。A组、C组患儿全部镇静有效,B组患儿中1例镇静失效,A、B、C组患儿的镇静时间相互的比较,A组与C组及B组与C组比较,P值<0.05,具有统计学意义。A、B、C组患儿不良反应发生率为15.69%、17.65%、22.00%。A、B、C组患儿的补药发生率为1.96%、3.92%、8.00%。三组患儿的不良反应发生率及补药发生率相互比较,P值均>0.05,无统计学意义。结论睡眠剥夺配合(百分之10)水合氯醛口服辅助检查中,1:2的水合氯醛与葡萄糖粉的镇静效果最好,婴幼儿的耐受性较好,可以将其在临床上进行推广应用。 Objective To research sedative effect of sleeping deprivation combine with 10%oral chloral hydrate in infants and young children of CT examination. Methods 152 cases of treated children in hospital were randomly selected as the research objects of this study, and they were divided into three groups A, B, C. Group A (51 cases) with the adoption of 1:0 pure water with chloral hydrate, and group B (51 cases) with the adoption of 1:1 chloral hydrate and glucose powder, C group (50 cases) with the adoption of 1:2 chloral hydrate and glucose powder. Three groups of children were examined, and three groups of children with time, work time, adverse reactions indicators were observed and compared. Results In this study, there is no significant difference among three groups (P〉0.05). Group A and group C are effective in children but there is 1 case that is failed in group B. There is significant difference among three groups (P〈0.05). The rates of adverse reactions are 15.69%、17.65%、22.00%, respectively. The rates of incidence of tonic are 1.96%、3.92%、8.00%, respectively. There is no significant difference among three groups of the rates of adverse reactions and that of incidence of tonic (P〉0.05). Conclusion In this study, the sedative effect of 1:2 chloral hydrate and glucose powder is the best, the tolerance of infants is the best, it can be used in clinic for application and dissemination.
