危重患者白蛋白水平与预后相关性的回顾性调查分析

Retrospective analysis on relevance between albumin levels in critically ill patients and prognosis

目的：回顾性调查分析APACHII＞12分入住重症医学科的危重患者血清白蛋白，前白蛋白，探讨危重患者血白蛋白水平与预后的相关性。方法回顾性分析2012-01-01～2014-12-31入住ICU，住院时间超过14 d的275例患者，依据治疗结果分为三组，死亡组（n=53），未愈组（n=89），好转组（n=133）对三组的血清白蛋白，前白蛋白分别进行比较。结果死亡组APACHEII评分，血清白蛋白，前白蛋白；非死亡组APACHEII评分，血清白蛋白，前白蛋白；未愈组APACHEII评分，血清白蛋白，前白蛋白。结论危重患者入ICU时血清白蛋白，前白蛋白与APACHEII评分，患者的预后有密切相关性。

Objective To analyze on serum albumin and prealbumin in critically ill patients with APACHII〉 12 points in our hospital, and to investigate their relationship between albumin levels and prognostic relevance. Methods 275 patients hospitalized for more than 14 days in ICU from January to December 2014 were chosen and divided into three groups according to treatment results including the death group （n=53）, not-healed group （n=89 ）, improved group （n=133）. Serum albumin, prealbumin were compared in three groups. Results APACHEII were scored in three groups, serum albumin and prealbumin were determined. Conclusion Serum albumin, prealbumin and APACHEII score of critically ill patients were closely related to patient＇s prognosis.
