摘要
目的分析总结胸外科围麻醉期心跳骤停发生的原因及抢救步骤措施。方法查询分析2013年1月-2015年11月期间胸外科手术中心跳骤停患者的临床资料。结果 3例均为左全肺切除术,均抢救成功。结论平稳的麻醉、良好的监护、精准的外科操作、合理用药、麻醉及手术团队协作、熟练的急救技术、中心静脉通路的建立是胸外科围麻醉期心跳骤停规避和抢救成功的关键。
Objective To analysis the reason of cardiac arrest in thoracic surgery peri-anesthesia and emergency measures. Methods To review and analyze 3 patients who had thoracic surgery suffering cardiac arrest in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2015. Results 3 patients were performed pneumonectomy and successfully rescued. Conclusion The key to avoid and successful rescue cardiac arrest in perianesthesia is smooth anesthesia, precision monitoring, accurate surgery, rational drug use, team work, skilled first aid techniques, establishment of the venous pathway.
