病案复印流程优化对病案科工作质量的提高作用分析

Analysis on the Function of Medical Record Copy Process Optimization to Improve the Work Quality of Medical record Department

目的:观察和分析病案复印流程优化对病案管理质量的应用效果,旨在为病案科管理工作提供一定的参考与借鉴。方法:从2015年6月开始本院实施病案复印流程优化,记录并比较优化前4个月和改造后4个月患者病案复印等待时间、窗口逗留时间、空闲概率及患者到达后等待概率。结果:实施病案复印流程优化后,病案复印等待时间、窗口逗留时间、空闲概率及患者到达后等待概率均降低,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病案复印流程优化提高了病案管理水平与质量,进一步提升了医院服务水平,使得病案复印管理更好地服务于社会和患者。

Objective：To observe and analyze the application effect of the medical record copy optimization on the quality of medical record management,aim to provide reference for the management of medical records. Method：From June 2015,medical record copy process optimization were implemented,optimization of the first 4 months and 4 months after the transformation medical record copy waiting time,window stay time,idle probability and the probability of waiting for patients after arrival were recorded and compared.Result：After implemented medical record copy optimization,the transformation medical record copy waiting time,window stay time,idle probability and the probability of waiting for patients after arrival were all lower than the before implementation,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Medical record copy optimization improves the level and quality of medical record management,further enhance the level of hospital services,the medical record copy management can better serve the society and the patient.
