摘要 micro RNA(mi RNA)是一类单链小分子RNA,能通过转录后水平调节细胞的蛋白表达,广泛参与多种生理和病理过程。mi RNA在纤维化疾病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesion,IUA)是子宫内膜损伤后的纤维化病变,宫腔和/或宫颈管部分或全部闭塞,致月经改变、腹痛、不孕与复发性流产等。本文将综述mi RNA在纤维化疾病中的意义,探索其与宫腔粘连疾病形成的关系,探讨宫腔粘连的发病机制。 MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of small single stranded RNA,which can reduce the expression of target genes by the transcription level,widely involved in many physiological and pa-thological processes. miRNA plays an important role in the development of fibrosis.Intrauterine adhesions (IUA) is a kind of fibroid lesions caused by endometrial damage,resulted in the intrauterine and (or) the cervical canal block partly or completely,leads to menstruation disorder,abdominal pain,infertility and recurrent miscarriage,and so on.This article will review the significance of miRNA in fibroid diseases,and to explore its relationship with intrauterine adhesions and its pathogenesis.
