摘要
β-甘露聚糖是饲料中重要的抗营养因子,不能被单胃动物自身分泌的消化酶水解。β-甘露聚糖在消化道内吸水溶胀形成凝胶,增加食糜粘度,阻碍营养物质的释放与扩散,降低消化酶活性,影响胰岛素和IGF-1的分泌,降低葡萄糖吸收,降低饲料利用率。饲料中添加β-甘露聚糖酶可以破解植物细胞壁,降低食糜粘度,提高消化酶活性,促进胰岛素和IGF-1的分泌,调节肠道微生态平衡,提高机体免疫力,增进动物健康,改善动物生产性能。
β--mannan is an important anti-nutrition factor in feed,which can't be hydrolyzed by digestive enzymes secreted by monogastric animals. β--mannan is soluble in water in colloidal state, increasing ehyme viscosity, hindering the release and diffusion of nutrients, reducing digestive enzyme activity, affecting the secretion of insulin and IGF- 1, decreasing glucose uptake, reducing feed utilization rate.Addition of β--mannanase in feted can crack the plant cell walls, decrease chyme viscosity, increase digestive enzyme activity, promote the secretion of insulin and IGF -1, regulate gastrointestinal micro-ecosystem, increase body immunity, improve animal health and animal production performance.
