摘要
以现代建筑实际需求为出发点,通过优化沥青基料、改性剂、填料、阻燃剂、涂覆材料及生产工艺等,对阻燃沥青混合料进行了配方设计和应用技术探讨,在不影响沥青瓦可靠性和耐久性等性能的基础上,解决沥青基材料的阻燃要求,从而保证沥青瓦在使用过程中的防火安全性,制备出性能优异的建筑防水用轻质阻燃沥青瓦。
Taking the actual demand of modern building as the starting point, formula design and application technology of flame retardant asphalt tile are studied by optimizing asphalt base material, modifying agent, filler, flame retardant, coating material and process. Lightweight flame retardant asphalt tiles for building waterproofing with excellent performances are prepared by solving the flame retardant requirement of asphalt base material, which can ensure the fire safety of asphalt tile in the course of use.
