建筑废弃物多级循环利用研究

Multi-level Utilization Research on Construction Wastes

本文以建筑废弃物的多级循环利用为研究对象,分析了我国建筑废弃物综合利用的重要性。以日本及欧美为例,阐述了国外建筑废弃物多级循环利用方面的经验和做法,对我国目前建筑废弃物的回收利用现状及存在问题进行剖析,在此基础上提出构建建筑废弃物的3R原则,即"减量化、再利用、再循环"原则,同时引入了管理建筑工程的全寿命周期理论以及PPP管理模式等保障措施,以确保建筑废弃物能够多级循环利用。

Based on multistage recycling of construction waste as the research object, analyzes the importance of comprehensive utilization of construction waste. In Japan and Europe and the United States, for example, this paper expounds the multistage construction waste recycling abroad experience and practices, analyzes the current situation of construction waste recycling and existing problems in our country , the construction waste is proposed on the basis of 3R principle, namely ＂ reduction, reuse, recycle＂ ,At the same time introduces the management of construction project of the life cycle theory, as well as the PPP security measures, such as management mode to ensure that the construction waste can multistage circulation use.
