摘要 试图通过电力线载波通信(以下简称PLC)技术在直流电源线上传递控制信号,从而实现减少信号线,简化控制系统的目的。目前较为成熟的PLC技术,主要应用在交流环境下,在直流环境下应用并未出现,这就导致耦合电路成为本课题研究的关键技术。本文研究了直流电源的信道特性、提出了相应的频带需求,分析了DC/DC电源变换器和耦合电路的结构,成功设计出了耦合电路,并对其传输特性进行了测试分析。 We are trying to transmit control signals on DC power line by Power Line Communication(hereinafter referred to as PLC) technology, which can reduce the quantity of signal lines and simplify the corresponding control system. PLC technologies are currently used in AC environment, but rarely implemented in DC environment, which makes coupling module the key technology in this project. This paper studied the channel characteristics of DC power line, and proposed the frequency band needs, and analysis the structures of coupling module and DC/DC power converter.At last we designed a coupling module successfully and tested its transmission characteristics.
