氧化低密度脂蛋白对动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者外周血Treg细胞的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(ACI)患者外周血Treg细胞比例变化及氧化低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)对外周血Treg细胞凋亡的影响。方法流式细胞术分析ACI患者外周血Treg细胞比例;根据患者性别、年龄、有无高血压、糖尿病和血脂异常进行分组,比较不同组别ACI患者外周血Treg细胞比例的差异;对ACI患者外周血Treg细胞比例与患者外周血Ox-LDL水平进行相关性分析;凋亡染色确定Ox-LDL对Treg细胞凋亡的影响。结果 ACI患者外周血Treg细胞比例与对照组相比显著降低(P<0.01);ACI患者外周血Treg细胞百分比在不同性别、年龄、有无高血压、糖尿病和血脂异常组间均无统计学意义(P>0.05);ACI患者外周血Treg细胞百分比与患者外周血Ox-LDL水平呈明显的负相关(r^2=0.500 5;P<0.01);Ox-LDL可诱导Treg细胞出现凋亡,且随着Ox-LDL浓度的升高,凋亡细胞百分比逐渐升高。结论 Ox-LDL可通过诱导Treg细胞凋亡进而导致ACI患者外周血Treg细胞比例降低。
