摘要
随着智能电网的推广建设,智能电能表得到了大面积的应用。与传统电能表不同,智能电能表含有大量的电子元器件,易受强电磁干扰的影响。而全性能检测中,不能完全建立现场运行及人为原因带来的高强度电磁干扰环境,故个别单位及个人采取高压电击器干扰表计,造成CPU及芯片损坏,导致电能表失效,电量流失,且这种窃电现象不易被发现,严重影响了供用电秩序及安全。故论文从干扰源、电磁场等多个方面对高压电击器的窃电机理进行分析,提出了智能表防窃电措施,改进后的智能表能够有效防范高压电击窃电。
Smart meters have been used widespread with the promotion and construction of smart grid. But unlike tradition meters,the smart meters are sensitive to the effects of strong electromagnetic interference because there are many electronic components. Strong electromagnetic interference environments brought by site operation and manmade cause are not fully established in performance testing. So some units and individuals use high-voltage shock devices to interfere the meter which leads to the damage of CPU and chips,the invalidation of watt-hour meter,and the loss of electricity. This kind of electricity theft phenomenon is not easy to be found which has a strong impact on power supply and safety. Electricity theft mechanism of high voltage shock device is analyzed from the aspects of interference source and the electromagnetic field,and the improved electricity theft measures are proposed. The improved smart meter can efficiently solve the issue of electricity theft.
