摘要
目的了解师范院校大学生营养知识、态度和饮食行为现状,为开展营养教育提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法对某师范院校962名在校大学生的营养知-信-行进行调查。结果师范院校大学生营养知识得分偏低,为(74.02±15.31)分;营养态度得分较高,为(26.36±2.69)分;饮食行为得分一般,为(34.51±4.80)分。营养知识和饮食行为得分女生高于男生(P<0.01),而营养态度得分性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。师范院校大学生对较为专业性的营养知识掌握较差,部分学生主动了解营养知识和愿意改变饮食行为的态度稍差,在饮食行为上普遍存在膳食结构和膳食制度不合理、补水不科学等问题;少数学生还存在食用零食过多等不良饮食行为。结论有必要在师范院校开展营养教育。
Objective To understand the status of nutritional knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior among un- dergraduates in normal universities, and to provide a basis for carrying out nutrition education. Methods A questionnaire survey about nutritional knowledge, attitude and dietary behavior was carried out among 962 undergraduates in normal uni- versity. Results The undergraduates were poor in nutritional knowledge with a score of (74. 02 ± 15.31 ). They had high nutritional attitude with a score of (26. 36 ± 2. 69) , and they had an average dietary behavior with a score of (34. 51 ± 4. 80). The scores of nutritional knowledge and dietary behavior of girl students were higher than those of boys' ( P 〈 0. 01 ). But there was no statistically significant gender difference in the score of nutritional attitude ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The undergradu- ates in normal universities had poor professional nutritional knowledge. Some of them were lack of the awareness to obtain nu- tritional knowledge and were reluctant to change their dietary behavior. A majority of undergraduates had irrational dietary pattern and unscientific rehydration. A minority of students had other unhealthy dietary behaviors such as eating too much snack. Conclusion It is necessary to carry out nutrition education in normal universities.
