摘要
分析了单轨交通工程特有的工期管理难点,通过具体建设实例,阐明了总承包模式下单轨交通工程工期管理的关键技术和方法,反映了国内单轨交通工程工期管理新的实践成果。
Difficulties in time-limit control during the monorail construction are analyzed. Takingthe real construction projects as examples, the key technologies and methods for time-limit control of monorail project under general con- tract management are explored, which reflect the latest achievements in time-limit controlof the monorail transit construction in China.
