The work of precharge circuit is very important to subway vehicle delivery system depending on the normal operation. In this paper, several common faults and treatment methods of the precharge circuit are introduced combined with the actual situations, the preventive and improvement measures for the precharge circuit maintenancc operation are put forward, aiming to reduce the failure rate of the precharge circuit and improve the working efficiency.
