摘要
为了确保底板治水工作的连续性,并有效降低巷道掘进率、提高资源回收率,城郊煤矿21304工作面采用了切顶卸压沿空留巷无煤柱开采技术。以城郊煤矿21304工作面为研究背景,通过工程经验和现场实验的方法,对双向聚能拉伸爆破参数进行了研究。现场试验结果表明:4+3+2+0装药方式下,孔内裂缝明显、充分,裂缝率达到了86%,且工作面回采后顶板沿裂缝面及时垮落,现场应用效果良好。
To ensure the continuity of the mine water prevention and control, reduce the rate of roadway excavation, and improve resource recovery, retaining a lane by cutting root for next sublevel technology was applied in 21304 mining face in Chengjiao coal mine. The energy-gathered blasting parameter was studied by engineering experience and field experiment. The results show that 4+3+2+0 explosive filling mode worked well. The crack rate in the blasting hole reached 86%, and the roof rock masses could collapse in time.
