Prescription of Roadside Filling Materials in Deep Gob-side Entry Retaining and Engineering Applications

深部沿空留巷需要高强度的巷旁充填体以保持巷道围岩稳定,针对不同配比条件下的充填材料强度进行室内试验研究。研究表明:水灰比在一定临界条件下,充填材料强度同水灰比成正比;相同水灰比条件下,充填材料强度同水泥含量成正比;矸石骨料可增加充填材料强度,进而减少水泥胶结料的用量,降低充填成本。

The high strength of the roadside backfill is the necessary to keep stability of rock surrounding in deep gob-side entry retaining, the filling materials strength were studied with different prescription in laboratory and some useful conclusions were obtained. The filling materials strength is proportional to the water cement ratio under the condition of water cement ratio that less than the critical value. Under the condition of same water cement ratio, the filling materials strength is direct proportion to cement content. The rock refuse aggregate can increase the filling materials strength, decrease the amount of cementing material and reduce the filling cost.
