大倾角工作面支架工况影响因素研究

摘要 对陈蛮庄煤矿3402、3206工作面支架工作阻力现场实测,对比分析了现场实测结果,并对工作面支架工况影响因素进行了理论分析。研究结果表明:大倾角工作面支架工作阻力分布具有区域性特征,且区域内的顶板压力总和在一个合理区间内,极少出现区域内支架工作阻力普遍过大或过小的现象;顶板状况及支架位态、工作面长度对支架工况影响较大。 Through the field measurement of support working resistance in panel 3402 and panel 3206 in Chenmanzhuang coal mine and the comparison of the results of two panels, support condition influence factors have been analyzed. The results show that distribution of support working resistance in deep buried working face possesses with regional characteristics. In one regional, summary of all the roof pressure is in a rational range, it can be hardly seen that most of the support working resistance are all too large or all too small. Roof condition, support state and panel length has a relatively large influence on support condition.
