内外室液固流化床分选粗煤泥试验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Separation of Coarse Slime Using Liquid-solid Fluidized Bed with Inner and Outer Chamber

摘要 针对传统两产品液固流化床有效分选粒度范围窄和高灰细泥污染精煤的问题,开发出一种新型内外室三产品液固流化床。分析2种液固流化床的对比试验结果,发现新型内外室三品液固流化床使用不同上升水流实现粗煤泥两次分选,产品中精煤灰分降低了2.80%,尾煤灰分提高了18.97%,明显改善分选效果。 In view of issues existing during separation of coarse slime in the traditaonal two-product liquid-solid fluidized bed such as narrow range of effective separation size and high-ash slime worsening clean coal, a new-type three-product liquid-solid fluidized bed with inner and outer chamber was developed. After analyzing comparative tests of two liquid-solid fluidized beds, the results show that the new liquid-solid fluidized bed could realize twice separations of coarse slime using different waste rising velocities. The ash content of clean coal and tailings decreases 2.80 percents and increases 18.97 percents respectively, which indicates effects of the separation get improved sharply.
