摘要
本研究结合了K^+,Mg^(2+)∥SO_4^(2-),Cl^-—H_2O四元体系相图,通过实验研究发现在55℃条件下钾盐镁矾转化所得钾镁肥产品的粒度有明显提高,并研究了晶种加入量及晶种粒度对转化粒度的影响。成功解决了粉料钾镁肥粒度过细问题,一定程度上解决了生产过程中的粉尘问题,保护环境的同时提高了资源利用率,减少了资源浪费。该研究为钾镁肥生产工艺改进提供了实验基础。
K^+,Mg^2+∥SO4^2-,Cl^- -H2O quaternary system phase diagram analysis was used in this study.The experiments showed that particle size of potassium magnesium fertilizer product transformed from kainite was improved obviously at55 ℃.The influences of the amount and particle size of crystal seed on transformation particle size were studied.The problem of too fine of potassium magnesium fertilizer powder was solved and dust pollution in the production process was reduced to a certain extent because of it.Environmental protection and better resource utilization rate were achieved at same time,reducing the waste of resources and providing experimental basis for potassium magnesium fertilizer production process improvement.
