低温软化和不浸酸铬鞣在牦牛皮制革上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了清洁生产高质量的牦牛皮革产品,采用低温软化和不浸酸铬鞣剂预处理后铬鞣的方法生产牦牛皮革,并对所得蓝湿革的化学性能和感官性能、废液铬含量和铬吸收率以及革坯力学性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,新工艺制得的蓝湿革粒面平细、部位差小、丰满性好、生长纹去除明显,革松面情况明显改善。此外,该工艺明显提高了铬的吸收率,降低废液中铬含量。按照常规鞋面革工艺制得的革坯柔软丰满,力学性能满足鞋面革标准。总之,采用本工艺进行牦牛皮加工,不仅可以提高成革质量,还可减少制革过程污染物排放。 In order to make high quality yak leather with cleaner technologies, a new process with bating at low temperature and pickle-free chrome tanning were used for yak leather. The chemical and mechanical properties and sense performance of obtained wet blue and crust were tested, and the chrome content and exhaustion in the new tanning effluent were also detected. The results indicated a better grain smooth, less location difference, better fullness, more obvious grow wrinkle removing, more uniform chrome distribution and less grain loose wet blue was obtained with the new process. Furthermore, the new process had a higher chrome exhaustion leading to lower chromium in the tanning effluent.The new wet blue was made to the soft and full crust which met the national standard of upper shoe leather. To sum up,high quality yak leather with low pollution could be manufactured with the new process.
