摘要
基于液相色谱,绘制了五氯苯酚(PCP)的标准曲线,将微波萃取PCP阳性样品中PCP的提取方法与其他提取方法进行了比较,对微波萃取PCP阳性样中PCP方法的条件进行优化研究。研究结果表明:采用微波萃取的提取方式,选用丙酮作为萃取溶剂、加入丙酮体积为15 m L、微波萃取的萃取温度为90℃、萃取的时间为1 min、微波萃取的重复次数为2次时,采用液相色谱-DAD检测器进行测量,可得PCP阳性样品中的PCP含量为16.27 mg/kg,为PCP阳性样的理论含量100.6%,提取样品中PCP的效果较佳。
Draw the standard curve of pentachlorophenol(PCP)via liquid chromatography. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of the method about the PCP were extracted from the samples that contain PCP with microwave extraction and others. The PCP were extracted from the samples that contain PCP with microwave extraction, and their optimization extraction conditions were researched. The research results indicated that extraction effect were the best when using the following conditions: Acetone as the extraction solvent was selected, acetone was added to a volume of 15 m L, extraction time of 1min, extraction temperature was 90 ℃, via microwave extraction way of extraction and repetitions microwave extraction for 2 times. The PCP content of the samples that contain PCP were measured with liquid chromatography-DAD detector was 16.27 mg/kg in this best condition,that measurement was 100.6% compared with the theoretical value of the samples that contain PCP.
