摘要
本试验的目的是测定70日龄钢鹅的生产性能。结果显示:70日龄公鹅的平均体重为3 960.33 g,母鹅平均体重为3 626.83 g,两者差异极显著;公母鹅腿肌重、胸肌重、皮脂重个体间的差异大,建议通过选育提高胸肌重、腿肌重,降低皮脂重。
The objective of this experiment was to determine the production performance of 70 days-old Gang goose. The results showed that the average weight of 70 days--old male goose （3 960.33 g） was significantly higher than that of 70 days-old female goose （3 626.83 g）. There were great individual differences in leg muscle weight, breast muscle weight, sebum weight among geese （both male and female ）. We could in- crease breast and leg muscle weight and decrease sebum weight by breeding selection.
