摘要
通过体外产气法研究三株益生菌(植物乳酸杆菌、枯草芽孢菌、啤酒酵母)对瘤胃体外发酵的影响。试验设乳酸杆菌组、酵母菌组、芽孢杆菌组和对照组,分别在4 h、6 h、9 h、12 h、18 h、24 h、36 h、48 h测定产气量,发酵48 h后检测乳酸杆菌、芽孢菌和酵母菌数量。结果表明:植物乳酸杆菌、啤酒酵母能明显促进瘤胃体外发酵,植物乳酸杆菌发挥作用较快,而啤酒酵母较慢但增殖能力更强。
This paper studied the effect of three probiotics (lactobacillus, bacillus subtilis, beer yeast) on the rumen fermentation in vitro by gas production. Four groups were set up: Lactobacillus group, yeast group, bacillus group and control group, the gas production was measured at 4h, 6h, 9h, 12h, 18h, 24h, 36 h, 48 h. After 48 h, the numbers of lactobacillus, bacillus subtilis, beer yeast were detected. The result showed that lactobacillus and beer yeast could promote rumen fermentation in vitro, lactobacillus's function was quicker, and beer yeast was slower but its proliferation ability was stronger.
