摘要
跨境电子商务交易规模增速迅猛,前景看好。中小企业在跨境电子商务发展中,利用成熟的互联网技术、国内外电子商务快速发展的大好环境和国家出台的利好政策,取得了瞩目的成绩,但也遇到许多制约因素。政府应发挥积极的职能作用,出台鼓励政策,扶持中小企业电子商务;完善法律法规,加强监管力度;加大投入,完善基础设施建设;通过国际合作,起到积极的沟通与协调作用。企业要重视品牌效应,建立信用机制;重视电子商务信息技术应用,提高交易效率;积极实施人才战略。
In recent years, e-commerce is developing rapidly in China. In the development of cross-border e-commerce, SMEs seize the opportunity, reach a good achievement by its mature IT technology, fine environment and national supporting policies. However, there are still some problems. The government should give full play of its own role, such as issuing incentive policies, supporting SMEs ecommerce, perfecting relevant laws and regulation, giving more input on infrastructure and enforcing international cooperation. The enterprises should focus on brand building, establish credit system, use IT technology of e-commerce to promote efficiency and focus on talent cultivation.
