氧化竹浆纤维的丝素蛋白改性工艺

摘要 为实现竹浆纤维的功能改性,先将竹浆纤维氧化成单羧基纤维,再利用丝素蛋白水溶液对氧化竹浆纤维进行交联改性。通过单因素和正交试验,研究丝素溶液质量浓度、改性时间、改性温度对氧化竹浆纤维纱质量增加率和断裂强度的影响,优化改性工艺。结果表明:随着丝素溶液质量浓度增加、改性时间延长,氧化竹浆纤维纱的质量增加率逐渐增大,当改性温度在较低范围时,纱线质量增加率变化不大;丝素溶液质量浓度对纱线强度影响较小,改性时间过长、温度过高均会造成纱线强度下降;丝素改性氧化竹浆纤维纱的最佳工艺条件为丝素溶液质量浓度30 g/L,温度40℃,时间1.5 h。在此条件下,氧化竹浆纤维纱的质量增加率可达5.4%,断裂强度保持在1.29 c N/dtex。 For achieving of modification on bamboo pulp fibers,firstly,bamboo pulp fibers were oxidized into single carboxyl fibers,then cross-linking modification was performed on the single carboxyl fibers by using silk fibroin aqueous solution.The effect of silk fibroin solution concentration,modification time and temperature on weight gain rate and breaking strength of the oxidized bamboo pulp yarns were studied by single factor experiment,and the modification process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results show that with the increase of fibroin solution concentration and time,the weight gain rate of oxidized bamboo pulp yarns gradually increases,and when the modification temperature is in the lower range,the weight gain rate changed a little;the effect of fibroin solution concentration on breaking strength is small,but the longer modification time and the higher temperature will cause the loss of breaking strength;the best process conditions of modifying oxidation bamboo yarns using fibroin are:the concentration of silk 30 g/L,the temperature 40 ℃ and the time of 1.5 h.Under the conditions,the weight gain rate of oxidized bamboo pulp yarns can be 5.4%,and the breaking strength can keep at1.29 c N/dtex.
