摘要
不锈钢、铝合金、钛合金和镁合金等薄板广泛应用于工业领域。脉冲激光焊凭借其能量密度集中、热输入可控性好、焊接过程稳定性好等优势,在薄板焊接领域得到广泛的应用。从焊缝的成形、微观组织和力学性能等方面,对脉冲激光焊在薄板中的应用研究进展进行了回顾。
Stainless steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, magnesium alloy and other sheet are widely used in industrial fields. Pulse laser welding with the advantages of concentrate energy density, good thermal input controllability, better stability in welding process is widely used to weld the sheet metal filed. The research progress of the application of pulsed laser welding in sheet was reviewed from the aspects of formation of weld, microstructure and mechanical properties.
