摘要
对比研究了Zr处理、脉冲磁场处理以及Zr和脉冲磁场复合处理对纯镁凝固组织的影响,同时考察了Zr和脉冲磁场复合处理条件下,不同的脉冲电压和频率对纯镁晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明Zr和脉冲磁场均可以显著细化纯镁的晶粒,且Zr和脉冲磁场复合处理对纯镁的晶粒细化效果最佳;当脉冲电压在0-270 V范围内,随着脉冲电压的增加,纯镁的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;当脉冲频率在1-10 Hz范围内,随着脉冲频率的增加,纯镁的晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,转折点为5 Hz。
The effects of treatment of Zr, treatment of pulsed magnetic field and compound treatment of Zr and pulsed magnetic field on solidified structure of pure Mg were studied comparatively. Meanwhile, the influences of different pulse voltages and frequencies on grain size of pure Mg with the compound treatment of Zr and pulsed magnetic field were investigated. The results show that Zr or pulsed magnetic field can refine grain of pure magnesium significantly. Furthermore, the effect of compound treatment on grain refinement is the best. When pulse voltage is at 0-270V, with the increase of pulse voltage, grain size of pure Mg decreases gradually. When pulse frequency is at 1-10Hz, as pulse frequency increases, grain size of pure Mg decreases at first and then increases, and the turning point is 5Hz.
